Our Story
What began as a personal journey into real estate investing quickly evolved into a mission to help others do the same—smarter and more efficiently. As investors ourselves, we saw firsthand how hard it was to find reliable, aligned partners to help with property renovations, tenant placement, and day-to-day management. The disjointed handoffs between agents, contractors, and managers created confusion, delays, and lost returns.
10X Property Management was founded to create a fully integrated service platform that supports rental property owners at every stage of their investment lifecycle—from the day they purchase, to turning the unit, to managing it long-term.
